These are some snaps of Baby Z. Yesterday, we had a brief little meeting so we could meet; the “real” sitting will be next week. I checked with his mom, and she said I post these.
we met a little too late in the evening so most of the light was gone. his blue eyes were bright, though!

When we meet next, here’s my plan:
*meet earlier in the evening
*bump the ISO up
*increase the speed a notch…one year olds are quicker than I remember!
*adjust f-stop to 5.6 (there’s more blur here than is acceptable)
